Year 6 Magpie and Golden Eagle
Year 6 Golden Eagle and Magpie
Term 6 - Week 5
We hope that you had another good week whether you were in school or at home. We still hope that we will see you all before the end of term. There will be a letter sent home this week explaining the 'End of Year 6 Celebrations' that we are organising for the children. It is such a shame that we can't carry out our normal events but we are still trying to make this a special time for everyone!
If you aren't coming into school again this week, we have provided you with a timetable with work to complete for the whole week. Please work through the timetable as you have been doing and get in touch with us if you need any help.
If you are coming to school on Thursday and Friday, you should complete the first three days of the timetable at home before coming back to school. If you are coming to school on Monday and Tuesday, we will explain the work that you will be completing on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday when we see you.
You can find all of the links that you will need for this week below. Remember to check your timetable each day and complete the work that has been sent out for that day as best as you can. The most important thing is that you are trying your best - keep up the good work!
This week we are continuing to set work using the BBC bitesize site. Please follow the instructions on your timetable carefully. If you have any difficulties, please contact us via email@example.com
At this time of year, we would usually attend the Junior Good Citizen scheme. The organisers have sent over some information for both children and parents to look at with some links to explore. Please find the documents below.
Maths if you are finding the BBC work too difficult. Work through the following activities in the order they are given.

2. Pictograms 2 - Start on page 2
3. Bar Charts 1 - Start on page 2

This programme is also great for family play and fun.
It also includes a programme for children in Key Stage 2, with daily and weekly guidance provided for both programmes (starting from this week) in addition to an option to choose your own themes and activities.
