Our kitchen has a Five Star Food Hygiene rating

 

 

 

In line with the current regulations, our menus provide information about any allergenic ingredients used based on the Food Standards Agency's '14 Allergens'. 

Please see below our new menus for Autumn  2024

Week 1 (W/C  2/9,  23/9, 14/10, 11/11,  2/12   )

Week 2 (W/C 9/9, 30/9, 21/10, 18/11, 9/12)

Week 3 (W/C 16/9, 7/10, 4/11, 25/11, 16/12)

Menus will be sent home every Friday and need to be returned as soon as possible but no later than 9.30am on Wednesday.

Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM)

As required under the Children and Families Act 2014, Eldene Primary School offers a free school lunch to all pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. A completed menu is required to ensure a meal is provided.

Nursery Class and Junior Free School Meals

If you think you may be entitled to receive free school meals please click here to apply online. 

Registration is confidential and taking up the free school meal is not compulsory. 

Free School Meals and Pupil Premium

The school receives additional funding in the form of Pupil Premium for every child registered for free school meals. 

The Pupil Premium is government money designed to help students who are currently registered for Free School Meals, or who have been registered for Free School Meals within the last 6 years, to do well at school. The children of Armed Forces families, and young people who are In Care are also eligible for Pupil Premium funding.
