Decorate your bike day
On an icy day in December around 40 Eldene children brightened the day with their sparkly, festive bikes and scooters. The range, variety and ambition of some of the decorations was most impressive, with Rudolph look-alikes, flashing lights and in some cases no glimpse of the bike or scooter hidden beneath the bling! The photos are a real treat but they will be kept safely and put on to the website next December to inspire you all to get blinging again!

Wheelie Wednesdays
and the Big Pedal 2012
Every year at Eldene we take part in the Sustrans Big Pedal competition. As well as being a national competition the event generates lots of friendly rivalry between classes to see which class has cycled or scooted the most each week. This year the Big Pedal runs from 5th to 23rd March. As usual every Wednesday during the competition anyone riding their bike or scooter to school will get a ticket with a chance to win a bike-related prize.
